Cookie policy

Three categories. The first keeps the site working and cannot be switched off. The other two are yours to decide, and nothing in them loads until you have decided.

Our own visitor counter does not use a cookie at all and never stores your IP address — more on that below.

These make the site function and there is no way to offer a switch we could honestly honour.

• Your consent choice. Stored in your browser so we do not ask on every page. This is the only thing we store as a result of you answering.
• Anti-spam verification. Our quote, onboarding, driver and credit forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sets a short-lived token to confirm a person rather than a bot submitted the form.
• Session and security. Customer portal sign-in and the internal review area rely on a session cookie. If you never sign in, these are never set.

Used to understand how many people visit, which service and lane pages get read, and where visitors arrive from, so we know what to build next.

Our first-party counter runs whether or not you accept, because it is not tracking. It records the page, the referring site, a coarse device type, and any campaign tag on the link. It sets no cookie. Your IP address is never stored — it is combined with a daily rotating salt into a one-way hash and discarded, which lets us count a visitor within a day and makes it impossible to follow anyone across days or identify them at all.

If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it sets its own cookies and is loaded only when you allow the analytics category.

Lets us measure which advertising actually brings shippers and drivers to the site, and show relevant ads elsewhere. This is kept separate from analytics on purpose: plenty of people are happy to be counted and not happy to be profiled, and that is a reasonable position.

Nothing in this category loads unless you allow it. Where local law requires opt-in, it is switched off until you turn it on.

Looking up a shipment does not set a cookie and does not require an account. We log the lookup for rate limiting and abuse prevention only.

Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page, or the button at the top of this one. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as giving, which is the standard we hold ourselves to regardless of which rules apply where you are.

You can also clear cookies and site data for this site in your browser settings, which resets everything including your stored choice.
