Workflow

Customer onboarding for freight that fits RAJO

New shipper? Start here. Choose the path that fits where you are in the process.

Best used when

The customer wants to register RAJO in their system
The setup needs packet, billing, or visibility review before first load
The lane is real, but the account still needs human review

New business setup

Email sales@rajotransportation.com or use the intake form below. Dispatch stays on dispatch@rajotransportation.com for live execution after lanes are awarded.

What happens after submission

  1. Capture: the form records the customer type, service need, lane story, contacts, and setup requirements.
  2. Review: RAJO checks fit, urgency, missing fields, packet requirements, and whether the request belongs with sales, compliance, or dispatch.
  3. Set up: RAJO completes packet steps, confirms visibility expectations, prices or reviews the first lane, and only then moves toward dispatch.

1 - Service fit

Start with the freight path: power-only, intermodal drayage, van FTL, trailer repositioning, regional Texas freight, or local DFW support. RAJO confirms where the work fits before setup moves forward.

2 - Company and contact setup

Capture the company, main freight contact, billing or AP contact, dispatch contact, after-hours contact, and any portal or compliance platform RAJO needs to complete.

3 - Lane and operating rules

Define origin and destination markets, ramp or facility rules, appointment windows, trailer or container details, weekly volume, tracking requirements, and any must-hit deadlines like import LFD or export cutoff.

4 - Documents and visibility

RAJO reviews packet requirements, COI holder language, W-9, agreements, RMIS or Highway invites, Macropoint or FourKites setup, EDI/API needs, and the update cadence the customer expects.

5 - Review and first load

The intake lands in RAJO's internal review queue. A person confirms the fit, clarifies missing items, and moves the customer toward packet completion, quote review, pilot lane, or first dispatch.

Minimum detail for a fast sales response

If you send these fields up front, RAJO can price or route the opportunity faster and avoid the slow back-and-forth that kills new customer momentum.
