Paid every week
Daily rate and stop pay on local runs. On regional and OTR runs, the more you run the more you make: empty miles are paid, with stop, detention and layover pay where they apply. Settled weekly.
Safety before the schedule
Pre-trips, hours of service and appointment windows are run by the book. Nobody at RAJO will ask you to cut a corner to make a load.

Driver questions
How much do RAJO drivers make?
Local drivers: up to $1,850 a week, a typical week about $1,180. Regional and OTR drivers: up to $2,200 a week, a typical week about $1,460. Local drivers average about $250 for each day worked. These come from what RAJO drivers were actually paid from July to October 2026, before taxes.
Will I really be home?
Local runs start and end in Dallas–Fort Worth, so local drivers are home every day. Regional drivers are home every week for their 34-hour reset. OTR drivers are out two weeks or more, then home for about two days. Regional and OTR are paid the same way.
Do you work with owner-operators?
Yes. Owner-operators who fit power-only, container and trailer repositioning freight are welcome. Recruiting walks through the lanes and the settlement terms before anything is promised.
