What RAJO is becoming
A DFW carrier built around freight that fits
RAJO is growing from broker and program freight into a cleaner direct-customer workflow. The goal is not to sound bigger than we are. The goal is to be clear about what we do well, what we can support selectively, and what information we need before committing a driver.
DFW operating base
Grand Prairie puts RAJO close to major freight corridors, DFW rail ramps, trailer pools, warehouses, and customer facilities across Dallas-Fort Worth.
Power-only foundation
RAJO grew around power-only, customer-controlled trailers, drop-and-hook support, and the daily discipline of matching drivers to real customer rules.
Measured growth
The brand is moving toward direct customer onboarding without pretending every capability is a core specialty. Fit comes before freight.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: move freight safely, communicate clearly, and be honest about fit before we commit. Customers need a carrier that answers, drivers need dispatch that respects the work, and every load needs a clear handoff from quote to delivery.
Customer-First Approach
Practical Technology
Unwavering Reliability
Our Values
These principles guide every decision we make and every mile we drive.
Customer Commitment
Customers need a carrier that answers quickly, confirms the details, and keeps the freight conversation clear from setup through delivery.
Integrity & Trust
RAJO would rather confirm fit up front than overpromise. That keeps expectations cleaner for customers, drivers, and dispatch.
Safety First
Safety, compliance, inspections, hours-of-service discipline, and professional communication stay at the center of the operation.
Practical Technology
Tracking, TMS data, portal access, EDI/API paths, and structured intake make the operation clearer without replacing dispatch accountability.
Reliability
We do what we promise. Customers and brokers need a carrier that communicates early, handles issues directly, and keeps freight moving with accountability.
Our Journey
From a small DFW fleet to a broader carrier workflow built around power-only strength.
February 2021
Company Founded
Started with 2 trucks and a focus on dependable power-only and dry van execution in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
2022
Technology Integration
Expanded tracking and dispatch workflows so customers and brokers could get clearer freight visibility and faster status updates.
2023
Fleet Expansion
Grew fleet capacity while holding the line on driver quality and customer communication, and moved deeper into DFW intermodal ramp work.
2024
Onto a Real TMS
Moved dispatch off spreadsheets and onto a transportation management system. Every load from this point forward is a tracked record - which is why RAJO can publish load counts instead of estimates.
June 2025
Migration to LoadStop
Migrated the operation to LoadStop, carrying the load numbering sequence forward so history stayed continuous. Dispatch, documents, settlements, and tracking now run through one system.
2026
Where RAJO Is Now
52 tractors and 55 drivers running power-only, intermodal drayage, van FTL, and Texas regional freight - 24,053+ loads delivered since 2021, over half of them containers.
Our Commitment
At RAJO Transportation, we understand that our success is tied to customers, brokers, forwarders, and drivers being able to trust what we say. That means clear scope, clean communication, and practical follow-through.
We use technology where it helps: tracking, status workflows, intake records, customer references, and portal workflows. RAJO still reviews freight decisions before committing capacity.
Looking ahead, our goal is to keep growing without overpromising. Power-only and intermodal drayage remain the foundation; dry van, regional, local, and expedited work stays available when RAJO can execute it honestly and the lane fit is clear.
When you partner with RAJO Transportation, you get a carrier focused on honest fit, responsive dispatch, and freight moved with accountability.
