A quote request, lane review or customer setup sent through this site is a request, not a booking. Any price we give back is an estimate based on what you told us, and is valid only for the period we state with it. A load is accepted only when RAJO confirms it in writing, for example on a rate confirmation.

Every shipment we carry is governed by the rate confirmation, carrier agreement, bill of lading and any credit terms that apply to it, not by this page. If anything here conflicts with one of those documents, that document controls. RAJO does not haul hazardous materials.

Please send accurate information. You confirm that you are allowed to share what you submit, including any contact details for other people, such as an accounts payable contact or a trade reference. Do not send passwords, full bank account numbers or other information our forms do not ask for.

Our forms offer an optional switch to receive text messages from RAJO Transportation LLC about your request, application, account, shipments or billing. It is off unless you turn it on and is never a condition of a quote, an account, credit or a job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

The driver interest form tells our recruiters you are interested; it is not an offer of employment or a contract. Pay figures on this site describe what RAJO drivers have been paid and are not a guarantee of future earnings. Hiring depends on the full application, our safety and MVR review, drug and alcohol testing, and federal and state requirements. The application itself is completed at apply.rajotransportation.com, under its own terms.

Shipment tracking and portal information is provided for convenience and may be delayed or approximate. Customer portal accounts are for the people we invite; keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think it has been used by someone else.

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at volume, or send spam or harmful code through its forms. The RAJO name, logo, photographs and content belong to RAJO or are used with permission and may not be reused without our written consent.

Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, but we do not promise it is complete, current or always available. To the extent the law allows, RAJO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or changes the terms of any shipment agreement.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about the site will be heard in the state or federal courts for Dallas County, Texas.
